Product Authenticity:

All watches sold on our website are 100% authentic and brand new, sourced from authorized or reputable dealers. We are not an authorized dealer of Audemars Piguet or any other watch brands unless explicitly stated. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners, and we have no affiliation with them.

Pricing and Availability:

All prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our product listings, descriptions, and prices, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted an order. In such cases, we may cancel your order and issue a refund.

Orders and Payments:

By placing an order on www.prestigehorology.com, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We accept payments through Stripe and other authorized payment methods. All orders are subject to verification and acceptance by us. If we suspect fraudulent activity or non-compliance with these Terms, we reserve the right to cancel any order.

Returns and Refunds:

We offer a 5-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 5 days of receiving your watch. All approved returns will be issued as store credit, which can be used toward future purchases. Store credit will only be issued once the returned watch is inspected and approved. Watches must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and documentation intact.

To use store credit, customers must contact us at support@prestigehorology.com. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prestige Horology, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or any purchases made through it. In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the product that caused the liability.
