We offer a 5-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 5 days of receiving your watch. All approved returns will be issued as store credit, which can be used towards any future purchase on our site.

To redeem your store credit for a purchase, please reach out to us directly at support@prestigehorology.com. Our team will assist you in applying your store credit towards the desired watch.

Please note that to be eligible for a return, the watch must be in its original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and documentation intact. Watches that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for return. Store credit will be processed within 7 business days after we have inspected and approved the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For further assistance or to initiate a return, contact our customer service team.
